This last Wednesday, service men and women of our Armed Forces, first responders, and local
professionals from all over San Diego visited Potter Junior High School for its Annual College
and Career Day.

These incredible volunteers visited the classroom, where they shared about their profession,
answered questions from students, and helped guide students with their next steps. These
special guests included USMC Officers, the San Diego Sheriff's office, North County Fire, local
artists, business owners, and more.

FUESD Spokesperson Seth Trench shared the district's gratitude for those who attended. "All of
us at FUESD are incredibly grateful for our first responders, armed forces, and local
professionals who took time from their busy schedules to encourage our students for what's
ahead. Their investment in our students will inspire the young people of Fallbrook to know
nothing is impossible, and any dream can be achieved with hard work and empathy for others."
The event culminated with a Leadership Rally that included special musical numbers from
Potter Junior High students and words of encouragement from local leaders.
