Mary Fay Pendelton

K-8 School Master Plan and Campus Construction

Building tomorrow’s
education, today.

Located on MCB Camp Pendleton, Mary Fay School was originally built-in 1954 for 361 students. Now with a current enrollment of 940 students, the campus has become overcrowded with many classes are being held in portable buildings rather than original school buildings. To provide the highest level of education to our students FUESD is building a brand new state-of-the-art campus to bring Mary Fay Pendleton’s facilities into the 21st century.

The existing campus will be demolished and new buildings and facilities will be rebuilt in its place. Roesling Nakamura Terada Architects, Inc. (RNT) has designed the new campus to include new classrooms, upgraded educational technology, additional space for art, music and band classes, and enhanced student and bus drop-off areas.
