  1. Complete the form below to reserve a time for public comment. 
  2. You will later receive a confirmation in your email regarding your time to speak.
  3. During the public hearing section of our session, our Board Clerk will announce your name along with the subject of your comment. You will then be asked to unmute. If you are on a computer, you will be prompted on your screen to unmute. If you have joined via a smartphone you will press *6 on your phone to unmute and begin speaking. Once we have confirmed your microphone is live, you will have three minutes for each public comment. Once the three minutes have expired you will be muted.
