PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST

Please read the instructions below, carefully.

  1. Complete the form below to reserve a time for public comment. 
  2. You will later receive a confirmation in your email regarding your time to speak.
  3. Once the meeting starts, dial into the board meeting with the phone number you provided on the request form. This number is how the Governing Board will identify you to speak. You must use the same phone number to dial in as entered on the form.
  4. During the Governing Board Meeting’s time of public comment, the board clerk will alert you of your time to speak and district staff will unmute you for your allotted time.
