UPDATE:
Students and staff are safe. We are writing to inform you that at approximately 10:08 a.m., we felt an earthquake during Spring Camp. The staff and students followed the protocol calmly and effectively. There is no need to pick up your child at this time.
We encourage you to take a few moments this evening to talk with your child about earthquake safety and the importance of practicing drills. If your child is experiencing stress or anxiety following the earthquake and would benefit from speaking with someone, our counselor is here to help. Please don’t hesitate to contact the ELO Office at 760-695-9552.

Los estudiantes y el personal se encuentran a salvo. Les escribimos para informarles que aproximadamente a las 10:08 a. m., sentimos un terremoto durante el Campamento de Primavera. El personal y los estudiantes siguieron el protocolo con calma y eficacia. No es necesario que recojan a su hijo/a en este momento.
Los animamos a que se tomen unos minutos esta tarde para hablar con su hijo/a sobre la seguridad ante terremotos y la importancia de practicar simulacros. Si su hijo/a experimenta estrés o ansiedad después del terremoto y necesita hablar con alguien, nuestro/a consejero/a está aquí para ayudarle.
