Dear Fallbrook Union Elementary School District Community,

I am both honored and excited to introduce myself as your new Superintendent. It is with immense anticipation and enthusiasm that I look forward to serving our students, families, and dedicated staff, and to becoming a part of this vibrant and engaging community.

My journey in education, spanning over 28 years, has brought me here to Fallbrook Union Elementary School District. From my early days as an elementary classroom teacher to serving as an Area Superintendent in San Diego, I have always believed in the transformative power of education. This belief, coupled with a commitment to the success of every student, guides my approach to educational leadership.

The Fallbrook Union Elementary School District, with its reputation for dedication to student achievement and community engagement, aligns closely with my own values. I am eager to support our students’ academic and social-emotional growth, and I am committed to working collaboratively with staff, families, and the community to ensure the success of every child.

The synergy between students, families, and staff is crucial in creating a thriving and dynamic learning environment. I eagerly anticipate getting to know each of you, hearing your stories, understanding your concerns, and celebrating your successes. Together, we will continue to build on the excellent work that has already been done in the district, always striving to ensure our students have the support and resources they need to excel.

As we look forward to the new school year, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. We will be focused on providing a high-quality educational experience for all students, supporting our dedicated staff, and engaging with our families and community.

Estoy emocionada y me siento honrada de presentarme como su nueva Superintendente. Es con inmensa anticipación y entusiasmo que espero servir a nuestros estudiantes, familias y el dedicado personal y formar parte de esta comunidad vibrante y participativa.

Mi viaje de 28 años en la educación, me ha traído aquí al Distrito Unificado de Escuelas Primarias de Fallbrook. Desde el principio de mi carrera sirviendo como maestra de escuela primaria hasta como Superintendente de área en San Diego he creído en el poder transformador de la educación. Esta creencia acoplada al compromiso del éxito de cada estudiante guía mi perspectiva de liderazgo educacional.

La reputación de dedicación al logro estudiantil y la participación de la comunidad del Distrito Unificado de Escuelas Primarias de Fallbrook se alinea muy de cerca con mis propios valores. Estoy entusiasmada por apoyar a nuestros estudiantes en su crecimiento académico y socio-emocional, y estoy comprometida a trabajar colaborativamente con el personal, las familias y la comunidad con el fin de asegurar el éxito de cada niño.
