UPDATE:

We have been informed by the North County Fire Chief that the DeLuz fire has been fully contained.

As a result, bus transportation for the DeLuz route will resume as scheduled for William H. Frazier and Potter Junior High students.

Hemos sido informados por el Jefe de Bomberos de North County que el incendio de DeLuz ha sido completamente contenido.

Como resultado, el transporte en camion para la ruta de DeLuz se reanudara segun lo programado para los estudiantes de William H. Frazier y Potter Junior High.

Students are safe. We are aware of a small vegetation fire that has sparked in the DeLuz area of Fallbrook. The fire is currently estimated at approximately 3 acres and is spreading at a low rate.

As a precaution, students who ride the bus home from William H. Frazier and Potter Junior High will remain safely at school until it is deemed safe to begin bus drop-off.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as needed. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we prioritize student safety.

Los estudiantes estan seguros. Estamos al tanto de un pequeno incendio de vegetacion que comenzo en el area de DeLuz en Fallbrook. El incendio se estima actualmente en aproximadamente 2 acres y tiene una velocidad de propagacion baja.

Como precaucion, los estudiantes que toman el camion a casa desde William H. Frazier y Potter Junior High permaneceran en la escuela hasta que se considere seguro comenzar con la entrega.
