Facility Use

Fallbrook Union Elementary School District welcomes community use of District facilities and fields for meetings, practices, and events outside of school hours. This page explains how to request space, required forms and insurance, fees and payment timelines, and the rules that help keep our campuses safe, secure, and accessible for everyone.

Future School Year Requests

Applications for use of District facilities for the 2026–27 school year may be submitted in advance and will be accepted for planning purposes.

Due to District priority scheduling, annual fee adoption, and staffing considerations, applications for the 2026–27 school year will not be processed or approved until approximately one week prior to the start of the school year.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or availability. All use of facilities is subject to District priority, availability, and compliance with Board Policy 1330 and Administrative Regulation 1330.

No use permit shall be issued prior to the applicable fiscal year.
